Shipping policy

At Free Birdie LLC, all of ourach T-Shirt, Hoodie, Pull Over, and Sweat Shirt items are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means your items are printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized after you place your order.

Processing Times

  • Apparel: 2-7 business days for production before shipment.
  • Custom Embroidery Items: 4-10 business days for production before shipment.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note: Processing times are in addition to shipping times.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 Business days after production
  • International: 7-21 business days after production (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Item Orders

Because items may be produced at different facilities, your order could arrive in multiple packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain issues beyond our control

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
  • We cannot control or predict these costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost intransitive, please contact us within 7 days of the deliver date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and details so we can assist you
